THE HOW
It’s easy! You simply pop a tablet in your mouth, chew the tablet a couple of times, and brush with a wet toothbrush. Adults and children 2 years and older: brush your teeth thoroughly after meals or at least twice a day or use as directed by a dentist. Do not swallow. To minimize swallowing, use a single tablet for children under 6. Supervise children’s brushing until good habits are established. Children under the age of 2 years ask a dentist.

I was very excited to see that there’s finally a Canadian option for fluoride toothpaste tablets. Even better, these are my favourite by far of the 4 or 5 brands I’ve tried. Light and pleasant taste, great texture, and a decent amount of foaming. My kid prefers these tablets to other brands as well.
So after trying spearmint and another brand as comparison, Change is definitely the best. I love the way it foams, the taste, and price wise you get a bit more per tablet for the same cost of the other brand. I’m definitely going to switch over once I’m finished my regular toothpaste.
