These were much firmer/stiffer than previous products I have used. After about 5 days though I started getting the hang of them. I like them, the silk doesn’t elongate and distort during use, and it’s much harder to break when you already have cavities/rough spots on your teeth. I do wish the pick end wasn’t so sharp though, it’s scratchy and uncomfortable on my skin while I floss. I wonder if a pick with a surrounding handle that folds out of the way like some other brands I have used might be possible in future. Those are easier to hold.
They do what they’re supposed to do but get stuck between my teeth. A finer floss would work better but I would buy this again for our family.
